Xref Insert Point Problem

I converted AutoCAD drawing files to Microstation format with "Bind Xrefs" option. I found some drawings cannot converted correctly. Main drawing and Xref drawing is not matching. There seems a gap of insert point.

Can you give me an advise to solve it? I can send you a sample if necessary.
