Q:Does DGNLink crash on DWG->DGN?

I have attempted to convert an AutoCAD 2000 file into DGN format. This conversion repeatly crashes DGNLink. Actually DGNLink just closes down if as to exit. No error messages is given, other than tran.msg file which I cannot open.

Note any other AutoCAD 2000 file I convert normally works perfectly well. Just this one file to date doesn't.

Any ideas?
