Freezing DGN's

Q: I recently upgraded to CATS6 version 6.0.118, I was using CATS6 update AO. I am receiving an "Error freezing files" message and I don't know where to start looking to fix this problem. The conversion from dgn>dwg seems to work okay, but this error keeps showing up in my log. Has something in the new revision changed or do I need to look into my pathing? My dgn's are being posted to a temp directory on my hard drive, then converted, so I don't think it's a rights problem.
