color, linetype, lineweight/weight, text style, block/cell, xref/reference).
The DGNLink user will typically adjust his CAD standards to closely match

converter mainly used by the medium to large AutoCAD or MicroStation firm.
CATS supports more associated file types ( Dgn, Dwg, Prf, Cell Libraries, DXF,
Binary DXF) and a full batch translation capability with files across multiple
directories and drives. CAD Conversion parameters are controlled by an
expanded command set and If..Then rules to handle almost any translation need.
Commands and rules can be selected by type of file (architectural, electric,
HVAC, etc.) or even by individual file. The CATS user generally follows his
internal CAD standards for all projects and defines CATS command and rule sets
